Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Gear
Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.
Ship to the Armoury
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 3-5 business days.
